Teper's reasoning? It would allow for death-row inmates as organ donors, he says, since the "Blade makes a clean cut and leaves vital organs intact."[/size]

Wow! It never ceases to amaze me just how smoothly the world falls into prophecy so blindly. God is surely in charge. It will be interesting to see if the bill passes and whether others will follow suite.

I was raised in Ga. and I find this to be a bit surprising. If this passes, I wonder if it will set the ball rolling for other crazy bills. And to think I was thinking about moving back when my contract was up.

I've heard rumors that we already the guillotines. Will see if I can find it.
Of course snopes says it is untrue but I no longer trust them either.
