Although churches have an exemption when it comes to some copyrighted works shown in the church, that exemption does not apply in the digital world. When you are video streaming your sermon from the pulpit via the Internet, copyright rules apply. This includes copyrighted music, video, images, books and articles. These are some of the more less known copyright infringements some churches may be making from the digital pulpit without knowing it:
