How do you deal with the news?

I don't know about you, but I can't stand it when the media highlights the ungodly, even lifting up their behavior, but is quick to call Christians bigots. I don't understand. How can you be a bigot simply for standing for your beliefs? It's almost as if having morals is frowned upon. How do you personally deal with the media's hate of anything Christian and uplifting up anything that is non-Christian? Do you ignore it, converse with non-Christians in the hopes of witnessing to them, or something else?
